We fulfill orders ASAP and ship most orders by USPS to both domestic and international destinations. Read all the details for more specifics.

We work hard to ensure that your personal and payment information is secure and your privacy is respected. We do not sell or rent your information.

We use SSL technology to keep your activity on our website, including your credit card information when placing an order, encrypted and secure.

We also DO NOT store any credit card information on our website. It is managed by our credit card vendor,, even though the card information may be collected via our website. We have no way to lookup or charge your card on our own. We believe this is the best method of protecting your financial information.

You can ship an order direct to someone else by indicating different billing and shipping addresses when you place your order.

Note that our packing slip does NOT show pricing information. It only shows who the order was billed to and shipped to.

If you want us to include a message to the person receiving your gift, include that in the Order Notes field when you checkout.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. Payments must be made prior to shipping. We only charge sales tax on orders shipped to Michigan, USA

There are two ways to join our email list. One is by subscribing in person or on our website. The other is when you place an order. We send email newsletters out on a regular basis sharing news, products, specials and more.

If you no longer want to receive promotional email from us, there are two ways to let us know: either click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Strawesome newsletter or email us. We may still contact you by email if there’s an issue with your order or if there’s something related to your account with us that we feel is in your best interest to communicate.
