- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

- USA Orders: Standard USPS shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your distance from Brighton, MI.
- International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear, especially during busy holiday seasons. If your tracking shows no movement for 5 days, please contact us and we’ll assist.
International Orders
Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are not included in your order total. These charges are set by your country and must be paid directly to local authorities when your order arrives. It’s the customer’s responsibility to track and clear their package through customs.
