What’s the difference between Skinny, Regular, Smoothie, and Boba straws?

Think of them like the right tool for the job (or the right shoes for the occasion).

  • Skinny – Best for hot tea, coffee, or even sipping vodka on the rocks. It slows you down (in a good way). Only made in clear.
  • Regular – Same size you’re used to at restaurants. Perfect everyday straw for water, juice, or cocktails.
  • Smoothie – Thick enough to handle your frozen blueberry–spinach masterpiece without giving you a “smoothie mustache.”
  • Boba/Bubble Tea – Our widest straw. Built just for those chewy tapioca pearls. You won’t want to use anything else.

Do you have a straw that fits my bottle, cup, or tumbler?

If your cup isn’t listed, here’s how to check:

  1. Measure the height of your cup, then add about 2". That’s your ideal straw length.
  2. Check your lid opening. Looks can be deceiving — often it’s smaller than it appears. When in doubt, go one size narrower.
  3. Flip-top lids? If the connection is soft silicone, one of our straws may fit. If it’s hard plastic, glass won’t work well with it.

Why won’t my discount code work

How much is shipping and how long will it take?

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and destination — so you only ever pay what it actually costs to ship your order. Most orders ship out the same or next day, and delivery time depends on your location and carrier speed.

  • Worldwide orders: Free shipping on all orders $100+.

Please note that international customers may be responsible for local duties and taxes when their package arrives — those are set by your country and collected separately.
