Our Printing Method

Unlike etching or engraving (which weaken glass), we use a printing process that preserves the straw’s full strength.

  • Pantone/PMS color matching available – for an exact brand match (with an upcharge).
  • Durable – dishwasher-, fade-, and scratch-resistant print.
  • Looks great for the long haul – your logo stays crisp and vibrant.

What We Can Print On

Due to machine limitations, printing is only available on:

  • Straight Regular straws (9–9.5mm outer diameter)
  • Straight Smoothie straws (12mm outer diameter)
  • Straw Length: 6 to 8 inches

What’s the minimum order for branded straws?

The minimum order is 50 straws per design.

Can you print in full color?

We can only print in one color per design. You can choose from our standard palette, or request an exact PMS/Pantone match (additional fee applies).

Which straws can be branded?

You’ll start by choosing from our 16 straw colors in either our Straight Regular or Straight Smoothie style (up to 8″ long). Then you’ll pick a single print color for your logo or design. (We can match PMS/Pantone colors for an additional fee.)

How much do branded straws cost?

Pricing starts at our wholesale straw price plus a print fee. The final quote depends on your order size, design, and color requirements.

Are the printed logos durable?

Yes. The print is dishwasher-, fade-, and scratch-resistant, so your logo stays sharp over time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping is included in quotes, but local duties and taxes may apply.
