Submitting Your Lifetime Warranty claim is quick and hassle-free. Just follow the steps below and you’ll have store credit in your inbox within a few days.


Step 1: No Need to Ship It Back

You don’t need to return your broken straw (most can’t be repaired). This saves you time, money, and a trip to the post office. Just recycle or safely discard it after snapping a quick photo for your claim.

Step 2: Fill Out the Form

Use the warranty claim form below. All fields are required, including uploading a photo of your damaged straw so we can identify which product you purchased. If you have more than one straw to replace, please submit a separate claim for each.

Step 3: Receive Your Store Credit

Within 3 business days, we’ll email you a store credit equal to the retail value of your broken straw(s). Along with the credit, you’ll get a code to use at checkout on Strawesome.com. You can apply it toward any product you like. If your new order total is higher than your store credit, you’ll simply pay the difference. You will also be responsible for shipping unless your order total qualifies for free shipping.

Can Strawesome replace my damaged custom straw?

Yes — in most cases. If your straw was custom-made or is no longer listed on our website, just let us know on the claim form that you’d like a replica. We’ll do our best to recreate the same product for you.

To make it easy, we’ll send you a private link to purchase your replacement. Just add it to your cart, apply your store credit code, and checkout like normal.

Why do I need to pay for shipping?

Simple answer: so the process is fast, fair, and doesn’t waste your time.

Most companies make you ship your damaged product back first (which means buying postage, packing it up, waiting in line, and then waiting again for them to process it). You’d still pay shipping at least once — sometimes twice.

Our system skips all that. You only pay shipping once (to get your replacement delivered). And if your order is $49+ after using your store credit, shipping is free anyway.

We’ve used this policy since 2009 because it’s consistently the fastest and fairest way for customers to get replacements.

How can I get free shipping on my replacement?

Easy! If your replacement order total (after applying your store credit, before taxes) is $49 or more and shipping to a U.S. address, it qualifies for free shipping. Many customers simply add a brush, an extra straw, or a gift for a friend to bump their order into the free shipping zone.

Can I get a replacement in person at an event?

Yes — if you’re local and visit us at an art fair or event, you can exchange in person. You’ll just need one of the following:

  • Your issued store credit codeor
  • The damaged product in hand.
