Return Policy

You can return any item for a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 30 days from the date of purchase, except for custom orders or items marked as clearance or final sale.

  • Once your form is received, Strawesome will email you detailed return instructions within 3 business days.
  • Do not mail products until you have received authorization and instructions. Items sent without prior authorization may be refused or not processed correctly.

After we receive your authorized return, we will notify you by email or phone. Refunds (purchase price minus shipping) are issued within 3 business days of processing. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase.

Exchange Policy

Damaged or Defective Products

Do not automatically return damaged or defective products. Email us first for authorization. Products purchased through Strawesome are eligible for replacement. If you purchased through a retail store or another website, please contact that seller directly for their return policy.

Returns at a Retail Store or Other Website

Items purchased from retail stores or other websites must be returned to the place of purchase. Please contact the original seller for their return policies. Any warranties or guarantees provided by outside sellers are their responsibility, not Strawesome’s.

Warranty Policy on Cleaning Brushes

Cleaning brushes are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty for up to 12 months from purchase, excluding normal wear and tear from proper use.
