Recipe Tuesday – It’s Easy Being Green

This smoothie is so easy and so yummy that even your kids will drink it, I promise!  The carrot and mango add enough sweetness that nothing else is needed to bring out the delicious flavors.

It’s Easy Being Green Smoothie – Makes 2 large servings

Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups Zico plain coconut water
1 large handful of clean, fresh organic kale leaves
1 whole organic carrot, peeled and cut into chunks
1 cup frozen organic mango chunks
2 Tablespoons Mum’s Original white chia seeds

Place all ingredients into the blender in order listed and blend until smooth.  Stick a straw in it and enjoy your veggies!
