  1. I would love wear a Plastic Sucks T-shirt when we go to the theme parks! You see so many people buying single use plastic water bottles and it makes me sad. We bring our reusables and fill them at the water fountains!

  8. I am a teacher at a college and would love to wear it to work to spark the conversation with my students how bad plastic is in every respect. I personally gave away all of my plastic in the kitchen years ago and only use glass. Everything from my cutting boards to measuring cups and straws to all storage containers, everything is glass. If I could wear this T to work it would begin to educate the young adults on this subject and maybe it could inspire or change a few lives.

  9. I live near Niagara Falls. In the tourist district, I see plastic littering the streets and down in the beautiful gorge along the hiking trails are plastic water bottles everywhere. Sad that I do my running down there and have to pick up other peoples litter. How they can litter in this natural paradise down by the river just disgusts me. I would be proud to where that shirt in Niagara Falls where all nationalities would see and read it!

Convenience isn’t convenient when it’s making the inhabitants of our planet sick. Small changes can really add up and I hope seeing more people make those changes with catch on.

I’d wear mine to work because they barely recycle, to family events, because the concept of recycling is lost on these people and to the super market, because not enough people still don’t bring reusable bags… It’s my passive aggressive way of telling them they suck! LOL No no… I’d wear it everywhere because the only graphic Ts I have have messages on them that are important to me. They reflect my values. And this is really important to me. 😉

  36. I would wear that shirt all the time…we need to spread awareness about how much plastic sucks, even in places like Portland, OR (where I live) that are pretty pro-reduce/reuse/recycle type places. If wearing that t-shirt sparks a conversation with only one person, who then makes changes and tells one more person about how much plastic sucks, the ripple effect could make a big impact. 🙂 Thank you!

I go to lots of concerts at an outdoor pavillion and I’m always disgusted at the end to see all of the plastic products covering the grass! Plastic cups, plastic bottles, plastic cutlery….the people are way too lazy to even get up and throw their trash away. Litterbugs! It’s sad to see how much waste we create. I even hate visiting restaurants that bring you a new glass with every refill. Seriously? We waste water, clog up our land with trash…it’s no wonder mother earth is revolting. We should be evicted.

  105. These shirts are awesome! I’d wear mine everywhere but especially at our local zoo. They don’t allow disposable lids or straws to protect the animals and everyone complains. I’d love to hopefully start that internal dialogue that maybe the zoo is right and why.

  106. I would give it to my sister to wear as she loves straws and has recently bought metal ones and I want to give her some glass straws for Christmas. She would wear the t shirt
With pride. I only came across you as we use the word strawsome almost everyday and you came up in my search engine, she still can’t believe somebody loves straws as much as she does.

  110. I would wear the “Plastic Sucks” t shirt at a concert where it will make a stand out statement and people will begin to ask about my shirt and I could tell them about Strawsome and the cool straws that they make for people of all ages. No plastic junk, no littering, great for the environment and the word will soon be passed around and heard by all. Trust me, word at a concert spreads fast and becomes an attraction that people want to follow! Go Strawsome!

  113. I would wear it grocery shopping. Where I shop you “pay” for your cart, you get your quarter back when you return the cart, and if you want bags you have to pay for them. Money you don’t get back. I use the boxes where they are about empty, or take my own reuseable bags. This giveaway is totally “strawesome”

  116. I would wear the t-shirt everywhere but I would also like to have t-shirts for my grand children to wear to school . Just maybe the next generation will be more educatated about plastics and in general the well being of our Earth than we were :-)) I am going to get straws and t-shirts for all 7 of my grand kids for Christmas.

    Namaste and gratitude …
