The bottom line is some people will not buy a glass straw because it could break. The risk in buying a product that might break (even though most of us do it all the time already) is the number one objection. In reality, 3% of our straws sold have been replaced since we started in 2009. Regardless, we took the “it will break” objection away and our customers have been pleasantly surprised with the durability, strength, and longevity of our glass straws once they gave them a chance.

How to Replace a Strawesome Damaged Glass Straw
Our straws are too beautiful to allow them to perish and not come back into your life! We use the honor system, so if you purposely* broke your straw, please refrain from requesting a replacement.
To start the process, please fill out this Replacement Request Form and follow the instructions for obtaining your replacement. There is no need for you to return your broken straw to us as most cannot be repaired. Also, the carbon footprint to return a broken straw is completely unnecessary.
We will email you an electronic coupon code worth the retail price of the broken product (taxes and shipping are not included) which you can use on our online store to order any replacement product you choose.
If you order a product of higher value, you will simply pay the difference. If you don’t see your same product, simply ask us and we will recreate it for you. If you have a previous code that you forgot to redeem and now have a new replacement code, simply ask us or note it on your new replacement request form and we will combine them all into one.
Note that our lifetime warranty does not expire. We aim to make your replacement process easy and hassle free!

Please note that when you fill out your Replacement Request Form we will always respond within 3 business days. When the form is submitted you will receive a copy of your submission at the email address you provided. If you do not hear back from us in the allotted time frame and you did not receive an email copy of your form then you know we did not receive your form. For each damaged item request we ask that you please fill out a different form, please do not add multiple request onto one form. Doing so helps us determine the correct price for the items that were damaged and the forms are kept in our records. Thank you!!
