Delivery Times

How soon will my order ship?

We ship orders out on Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders placed by 5pm EST the day before these days will likely make the cut-off and ship the next day.

We ship United States Postal Service (USPS) First-Class or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation (USA orders only) so you can track your order. Most orders arrive in 1-3 days if shipped within the United States. We will notify you by email when your order ships or if it is delayed.

Note: International orders shipped First Class by United States Postal Service have limited tracking. Your order’s tracking status will remain “Shipment Accepted” even after you receive it, and the time in which you will receive it varies by destination. In most cases, we hear of orders arriving about 7-10 business days after the acceptance date.

Gifts

Can I ship my order elsewhere as a gift?

Yes! All orders contain a packing slip that does not show prices. It only shows who the order was billed to and shipped to. If you want us to include a message to the person receiving your gift, include that in the comments field when ordering. Contact us if you have any further questions.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! When you view your products in the cart, there will be an "Add Gift Wrapping" option under each product name that you can click to select gift wrapping. In addition to a variety of wrapping paper, you can also include a message to the person you are sending your order to as a gift.

How do you price your shipping and handling rates?

We price our rates to cover our costs (packaging and postal service rate with delivery confirmation) so you are getting the lowest rate we can offer. For US and Canadian orders over $100, we've decided to offer free shipping as a thank you for supporting our business.

What are your shipping rates for domestic orders in the USA?

• If order total is between $0.01 and $34.99, then shipping is $3.95.
• If order total is between $35.00 and $99.99, then shipping is $5.95.
• If order total is $100.00 or more, then shipping is FREE!

What are your shipping rates for Canada?

• If order total is between $0.01 and $34.99, then shipping is $4.95.
• If order total is between $35.00 and $99.99, then shipping is $6.95.
• If order total is $100.00 or more, then shipping is FREE!

What are your shipping rates for Mexico?

• If order total is between $0.01 and $34.99, then shipping is $4.95.
• If order total is between $35.00 and $99.99, then shipping is $6.95.
• If order total is $100.00 or more, then shipping is $9.95.

What are your shipping rates for anywhere else?

• If order total is between $0.01 and $49.99, then shipping is $5.95.
• If order total is between $50.00 and $99.99, then shipping is $9.95.
• If order total is $100.00 or more, then shipping is $11.95.
